Ham & Green Olive Pizza

Ingredients
wholemeal pita bread - 4 medium
tomato paste - 200g
red oinion - 1, thinly sliced
weight watchers sliced ham - 12 slices
stuffed green olives - 16, halved lengthways
reduced fat mozzarella cheese - 160g, grated
dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
mixed salad leaves - to serve


How To

1. preheat oven to 200c. place pita breads on a baking tray and spread with tomato paste. top with onin, ham, olives and mozzarella. sprinkle with oregano.

2. cook for 12 - 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and pita base is crisp. serve with salad leaves.
