(WW) Chargrilled Vegetable Lasagna

My first concern with WW doing any type of spaghetti/lasagna thing is that they always make the sauce too sweet. Surprise surprise to me however since this time, it’s just right. The vegetables still have a slight but if crunch and you can actually taste the grilled flavour. The sauce has enough herb in it to taste real and the pasta is al dente.

Another plus for this meal is the low point count!

And now the downsides.. like all the lasagnas there is too much sauce vs. pasta. And, you need to use a knife to eat this as well. Call me lazy, but I love frozen meals for the ease of just using a fork. Ok, that does make me sound really lazy!

Overall, definitely worth trying!
