I was pretty impressed with this meal. The serving size was quite generous and rice vs. sauce ratio was perfectly balanced. After the suggested cooking time, the rice was fluffy and still a little chewy, which I like, and made me feel like I had eaten something.
There was ample chicken pieces, and the flavour was very reminiscent to a traditional Butter Chicken takeaway. Plus, there was just enough spice to make it seem real.
If you’re a lover of butter chicken, then this meal is not a bad knock off. Definitely worth trying next time you have an Indian craving.
