Garlic Bread with Mango and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
2 x 15cm Baguettes
Garlic Cooking Spray
1 Small mango – Peeled & Finely Chopped
1 Medium Avocado – Peeled & Finely Chopped
1 Shallot – Chopped
1 Lime – Juiced
¼ tsp Minced Chilli
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200◦C, 180◦C fan forced. Cut each baguette into 8 slices. Spray both sides of the bread with the garlic spray. Place on a flat over tray and bake in the oven for 6 – 8 minutes or until lightly toasted.
2. Combine all the remaining ingredients and toss gently to make salsa. Spoon the salsa onto the bread and serve immediately.
QUICK TIP: Bread slices can be baked and stored in an airtight container until ready to use.
