(HC) Beef Lasange

HC, I love you again. I may just forgive and forget about the horrid Pumpkin Ravioli I suffered through.

While my first reaction was “eek” with this meal being 8 points, I soon felt that stress melt away as I took my first taste. Rich tomatoey-savoury-peppery goodness. If you want the crème de la crème of low fat frozen lasange – you’ve found it. The pasta was perfectly al dente and I rather appreciated the parmesan look on the top of the lasange. The winning parts for me were: 1) I actually had to use a knife to eat this and 2) It wasn’t watery and soggy. I actually prefer this over making lasange myself and I make a pretty good one at that!

If you’re late home, stop into the grocery store and buy this. Don’t forget to pick up a baggie of salad and you have got yourself a very very lovely meal. Just come back and remember to thank me.
