Chicken Bagel Burger

Ingredients

500g Chicken Tenderloins
Garlic Cloves - 2, Crushed
Soy Sauce - 1/4 Cup
Plain Bagels - 4
Watercress - 2 handfuls
Tomatoes - 2, Sliced
Sweet Chilli Sauce - 1/3 Cup

How To

1. Flatten tenderloins slightly. Place in a bowl with garlic and soy sauce. Marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook chicken in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

3. Split bagels and toast and toast the cut surfaces. Fill bagels with watercress, tomato and chicken. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
