Chocolate Dessert Pots

Ingredients
30g Raisins – Coarsely Chopped
1tbs Strong Freshly made Coffee
30g Unibic Almond Biscotti – Coarsely Chopped
¼ tsp Cocoa Powder
3 x 62g Tubs of nestle Diet Chocolate Mousse
Cooking Instructions
1. Combine the raisins and coffee in a small dish. set aside for 15 minutes or until the coffee has been fully absorbed by the raisins.
2. Place the chocolate mousse in a bowl. using a metal spoon, stir until smooth. Add the raisins and biscotti, stir to combine. Divide the mixture among 4 small serving glasses or dishes. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
3. Serve immediately.
QUICK TIP: If you wanted to make this gorgeous dessert ahead of time, cover each dish with glad wrap and place in the fridge. You can leave it for up to 6 hours and still maintain the lovely taste and end up with what i think is an even better texture!
