Hoi Sin Pork

Ingredients
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbs finely grated fresh ginger
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
¼ cup hoi sin sauce
2 pork fillets (600g), thinly sliced
2 green shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
steamed Asian greens (eg: bok choy) to serve
How To:
Combine the garlic. ginger, soy, vinegar, five-spice powder and hoi sin sauce in a bowl. Add pork and mix well. Set aside for 10mins to marinate.
Heat a wok over high heat. Spray with cooking oil. Add half the pork to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Repeat with remaining pork.
Return to wok and stir-fry until hot. Spoon equally among serving bowls. Sprinkle with shallots and serve with Asian greens.
