Microwave Mixed Stewed Fruits

Ingredients
2 small pears, peeled, halved, cored leaving stem in tact
2 medium green apples, peeled halved, cored
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbs freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 dried whole cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbs low-fat natural yoghurt - to serve.
How To:
Place pear and apple in microwave-safe dish. Add essence, juice, water, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Stir to combine.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 6 - 7 minutes.
Remove from microwave and set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Serve with Yoghurt.
